Setting it up was quick, and they even fit us in on short notice for our initial cleaning, which was thorough and took 4.5 hrs. Rates are hourly and reasonable, and Gail was not only thorough but also arrived promptly, and did an amazing job. Our kitchen has never looked so clean, everything was dusted, the bathrooms gleam, and we're really impressed. This is a locally owned operation, if that matters to you (it does for me). We'll be setting up periodical cleanings in the future based on how well this initial one went. In fact, we were planning on once a month but might switch it to biweekly because it's great to come home to a clean house. I was nervous about this one because there were no reviews - only testimonials on the website. They far exceeded my expectations about the quality of the work and their reliability."
